Dear Friend, Confidence is the number one concern for every guy I've ever met.
One of self-defeating behavior patterns is that I get upset easily. Some specific examples of this behavior is every time I try to make plans with my friends and they do not respond to me, I become depressed.
The cause of this habit is being repeatedly let down, or repeatedly had my feelings hurt. Getting upset easily has effected my life a lot.
Having Anxiety and Depression is horrible already. If I felt like I could change not being upset so easily, I think my life would definitely improve my emotional health a lot 2.
Some examples of this this thought pattern is every time I leave my house, or whenever I am doing homework or an assignment. I always think I can do better no matter the circumstance.
The cause of this behavior is most likely because I was and constantly still am being judged for everything I do. Being so critical of myself has definitely effected my life from not being able to enjoy life to the fullest.
